The Suttner Family Name has been in Bradenton Florida for over 50 years.

Suttner is rooted in the community and have a long history for doing what is needed and what is right.

It all started with Eric Suttner Sr. in the 70's as he started a roofing business in Bradenton with his father Thomas Suttner.

In July of 1981 Eric Suttner Sr. and Joann Suttner started a family with their first born son..........

Eric T. Suttner Jr. and later daughter Michelle Suttner which have lived in Bradenton since birth.

Eric Suttner Sr. worked hard every day to provide for the family and to provide an honest life for his children. He raised them up in the local church and taught them to treat others as they wanted to be treated.

To this day he reminds them every chance he gets that we need to love one another.

Eric T. Suttner Jr. married Christal Suttner and it began!

Eric worked in the AC trade with a couple of local AC companies aquiring his experience and training along the way. He received his Certification and EPA license then became a lead technician and installer. After years of performing the work and seeing how other companies run their business it was time. Eric decided to persue his dream of owning an AC Company. He wanted to start a company without the pushy sales tactics. So, Eric Jr. received his State Contractors License and it began......

Suttner Cooling & Heating LLC was born!

Eric Suttner and his family believe that every customer should be treated like family and not a number or just another lead. Eric has thrived by creating a family culture that is owned and operated by the Suttner Family!

Eric runs his company with his wife Christal, daughter Lilley and all of their experienced Family Technicians.

As the Suttner family continues to grow and change one thing will always remain the same........

Suttner will always treat you like family!
